Nice apartments terrible management company

Pros:
Nautical light
The super is responsive
Spacious one bedroom
Close to the subway & parks
Cons:
Denali management is very non responsive and there is no way of contacting them.
Loud neighborhood
Packages get stolen often
Advice to owner:
Add an email request system & phone number, increase security in the building aka camera buzz system

Pros:
Beautiful view if you live in one of the top floors.

Cons:
Package theft is common. Roaches were also an issue, but I would expect that with any building that old. I had a major leak in the ceiling and the landlord ignored me until I called 311 and filed a complaint, then he became very responsive.
Advice to owner:
