Good for the price
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building is well situated on a relatively quiet block. Super and management company are very responsive to any tenant requests.
Cons:
Pest issues do occur occasionally
Advice to owner:
When it comes to financial matters please short response times to tenants

Well maintained but small
Former Tenant
Pros:
Property manager and super were responsive to issues
Cons:
My unit was small, particularly kitchen and bathroom, due to the building being a pre-war converted multi-family home. Building located near a tunnel exit so traffic can be loud at times.
Advice to owner:
Look into ADA requirements
