Pros:
The interior walkway is really nice - was recently redone. The super John is very on top of things. If you have a request, you can trust it will get done.
Cons:
The dividing walls are kind of thin, which is only an issue if you place your bed against them and your neighbor doesn't have any rugs to dampen their footfalls at 12am....

Great landlord, horrible building maintenance!

Pros:
Quite neighbors, but very noisy street with protesters at the park.
Cons:
Buildings super and staff does awful repairs in the apartment. Can’t be bothered to finish anything they started unless you hassle your landlord and he does the same to the super. The hallways are never cleaned, and the carpet looks like they haven’t been vacuumed in ten years.
My landlord is great, but the maintenance itself needs some attention. The few things that needed to be done were never completed.
Also, the hot water levels are highly inconsistent.
Advice to owner:
Ensure commodities and ensure repairs will be made in a timely fashion.
