Decent affordable housing building

Pros:
Affordable rent. Working elevators. Nearby buses and supermarket. Security is on call and patrols. On site super.
Cons:
Stolen packages in lobby. Constant rodent problems despite clean hallways.

I used to live there back in 2013 is was ok but the super there is terrible.
