Look look nice from the outside
Cons:
Rats in and out of home was filthy dirty. spider crickets Centerpiece water bugs and so on insects Super very rude and disrespectful would never come to turn on the heat or the hot water would not fix any electronics stove was broke Could not cook meals or even use the oven if it was cold and they try to put a con Ed bill on me that was not mines thank God I had proof. They threw out all my belongings and receive my rent money after I had moved
Advice to owner:
Y’all need to do work and have a real maintenance come to fix property an exterminator come every month and stop being a slumlord!!!!!

Horrible place landlord doesn't like to fix nor provide adequate heat/water

Very old place and falling apart
Advice to owner:
Landlord needs to learn how to fix his property and stop cutting corners when repairs need to be done. Learn to provide heat/hot water. Screen your residents better that's why your property looks horrible.
