a so-so building
Former Tenant
Pros:
great neighbors, nice street
Cons:
the building had mice, and management was slow to act. there was a dead mouse in the basement for weeks. the laundry room / basement was in very poor condition. HVAC units weren't working properly for months after we first moved in, and management was very slow to resolve the issue.
Advice to owner:
need to be more responsive to tenants, keep common spaces clean/tidy

Don’t move here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great sunlight, good space, decent appliances
Cons:
Everything else. The management company / landlord is unresponsive and mean spirited. They drove out great tenants.
Advice to owner:
Treat your tenants better and get the pest control in place, once and for all.
