Pros:
Apparently renovated 2017, laundry in building (1 washer, 1 dryer, lousy card payment system, but better than schlepping to a laundromat and arguably cheaper)
Cons:
Absolutely god-awful “management” courtesy “Freestone Property Group”: they are totally unresponsive, even to emergencies, and completely unreachable in any meaningful way, everything must be submitted through TenantApp (which worked fine under the previous and mysteriously vanished McNam Management but is an utter mess now)
Advice to owner:
Treat your tenants with all the respect you can muster and then some. Get a phone number. Fix leaks. Respond to complaints. Take action. Do better and actually earn your exorbitant, outrageous rents.
