My Favorite apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Had people come in to clean the building and take out trash often. Never had to deal with any rats or roaches. Tenets were generally respectful of each other.
Cons:
Landlord can only be contacted through email but does generally respond fast

Difficult management and tenants, beautiful building

Pros:
Structurally and aesthetically this apartment was beautiful, great natural light and tasteful renovations that maintained the integrity of the building
Cons:
Landlord was very invasive, used strong language when communicating, bad insulation in the building for noise, could hear neighbors at all hours of the day, rat problems in the back building
