Need major improvements
Former Tenant
Pros:
Positioned on a nice block. It’s close to the B & Q trains and shopping area.
Cons:
No elevator. No door security and Garbage cans are to be placed need at the back of the building.
Advice to owner:
No communication from Landlord/Management. Sky rise rent, makes it impossible for transfer of units. Open apartments are not made available to seasoned tenants. The building is very old. All the units need to be repaired and updated with new appliances as floors. Management need to approve network updates for all tenants to receive Fios services.
