after living in NYC for 56 years - This is the building I most love

Pros:
A wonderful super and wife. I am 76 and need help at moments. I find the owner, the super, the ambiance and neighbors support a wonderful life here.
Cons:
I can not think of anything I dislike

for me - it is perfect as is

Nice apartment but property management mysterious

Elevator, laundry, lots of light, on-site super, super convenient location, nice neighbors, generally quiet for area
Cons:
Management company very hard to reach, repairs are slow moving
