Great building in great area
Former Tenant
Pros:
Never had an issue with rodents or bugs which I was very scared might happen in such an old building. The neighborhood is amazing.
Cons:
Faces an avenue so can be noisy

Overall good place
Former Tenant
Pros:
Landlord was responsive and the apartment was cheap for the space!
Cons:
The buildings hallways felt outdated and a bit creepy and 2nd Avenue was quite loud if your apartment faces the street.
