Close to my favorite shopping spots
Cons:
I felt it necessary to add my own rodent control measures - even just for my peace of mind.
Advice to owner:
Please give new tenants advice about how to prevent rodent issues.

The rent prices is the only reason why I lived here for 5 years
Cons:
This building is the nastiest place I’ve ever been water bugs and rats all through this place I had to cover my own holes so that nothing would come through the cracks and you better not leave your window open when it’s hot or when it rains because you will have water bugs all in your house
