Do Better CC Managers
Former Tenant
Pros:
Some of the neighbors are hardworking and respectful people
Cons:
Management is non existent when it comes to the upkeep of the building. The building is never cleaned or serviced properly. Turnover is so often, you never know who to contact regarding service issues or general information. Lack of professionalism, work ethic and communication.
Advice to owner:
Get a management team who cares about the wellbeing of their tenants and the environment they reside in.

THEIR TENANT FUSION NAILS REFUSES TO PAY COURT ORDER JUDGMENT
Former Tenant
Pros:
There are NO Pros
Cons:
Their tenat formerly known as INFINITE NAILS NOW FUSION NAILS damaged my belongings; Manhattan Civil Court ordered them to pay on December 4, 2023 and STILL have not paid $616 which is now $1,152 including interest by NYS Law! However, they charge Black Women $100 for fake acrylic nails in which they don't wear; not to mention they earn $1000 per day but STILL have not paid! This matter has been ongoing since 2021! I would ask rhe Landlord to REMOVE this tenant from the premises as they TAKE the community's money and DAMAGE the community's property! The Harlem officials are now involved!
