Good location in Sunset Park

Pros:
This is a great location to the N and R trains. Close to a lot of stores. Decent price and maintenance. Neighbors and neighborhood are friendly.
Cons:
Kind of dirty, no elevator. If you get a package, they won't leave it in the building, you have to go to the post office to pick it up.

Landlord James Fong is terrible

Pros:
Great location, friendly residents. Quiet building.
Cons:
The landlord is irresponsible and Not responsive. No super on site, problems take 1 week+. Heat didn’t work and the landlord completely did not care. Bad light if facing the other building.
Advice to owner:
Please be a better person
