I do not recommend this building because the property owner does not solve any of the problems with the noisy neighbors
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to the trains. That is the only good thing I can’t say about living there
Cons:
Sounds like your neighbors live with you. You can hear everything through the walls and the property owner does not solve complaints of noisy neighbors
Advice to owner:
Get thicker walls and quieter tenants

Good apartment but…
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very clean, especially in comparison to other apartments in this area!
Cons:
Some noise because some tenants
have kids that often run around! Plus, this neighborhood tends to be loud in general so it’s unavoidable. No elevators (there are six floors!), no insulation.
