Great management, not great super
Former Tenant
Pros:
Management is professional and make a good faith effort to maintain the building well. Regular cleaning of entry and hallway space. Offers for tenants like laundry delivery. Quick replies from management.
Cons:
The super was not the most responsive to certain issues that could have been resolved with more urgency. Sometimes they would insist there was no issue to avoid having to fix.
