Great place to live!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Really charming building, great light and neighbors.
Cons:
The building shows its age a bit, but is overall well maintained.

Landlord has tenants on all three floors
Former Tenant
Pros:
Big living space
Cons:
Cleanliness, too many tenants (10 total) they rotate in and out every few months, garbage not put on street. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Advice to owner:
Prioritize quality of life over profit
