Well run and lovely building
Former Tenant
Pros:
This pre-war doorman building has spacious apartments with high ceilings, wood floors, and marble counters and tile. It is clean and well maintained by an amazing staff. We love living in this building!
Cons:
Since it's an older building, the usual quirks apply. The radiator heat is very hot - it's either on or off, no way to regulate. There is no central air, just window units. The water pressure could be better.
Advice to owner:
Keep up the great work!

First apartment & in love!
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building feels secure, is beautiful, the supers and the management are sooo nice! I love my neighbors, respectful and quiet. So quiet that I forget I have them. Moved here from Missouri without touring in person or ever visiting New York and I got so lucky.
Cons:
Sometimes they’re a bit slower to fix things. But I think that’s because of so many residents between three buildings and two supers. Also, the owners must treat employees awful because we run through doormen ask fast. After one shift, they’re already gone.
Advice to owner:
Be kinder to employees.
