Do not rent this building - very unsafe

Pros:
It's a great location
Cons:
The landlord is incredibly unresponsive. We live in a very safe area, but unfortunately, drug addicts started using our outdoor stairwell that leads to the laundry room as a place to do drugs. We have to walk past them when leaving and entering the building and they leave used needles behind. We have contacted the landlord multiple times to address this issue and they have done nothing.
Advice to owner:
Do your job or don't rent out the building

Pros:
Location to train and supermarket
Cons:
Complete Slumlords, terrible construction, mold, rat infestations and carbon monoxide issues. Will not fix anything- you will have to call 311 and wait months to even get a minor repair.
Advice to owner:
Listen to your tenants, your health and safety violations will harm someone and eventually get your buildings shut down
