Don't move here, it is not worth it.
Former Tenant
Pros:
It is close to transportation.
Cons:
Property owner only cares about money. Converts kitchen into a bedroom. Now you have the mini kitchen and living room combined. Will find any excuse to keep your security deposit.
Does not have cameras on all floors so when your Victoria's Secret gets stolen. They will not reimburse you nor care about it.
Advice to owner:
Stop being money hungry and put heat in that cold building. Install cameras on EVERY floor. So that when tenants steal, they can get arrested.

A Better than Average Building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Relatively well run and clean. The apartment was somewhat updated. Definitely better than most of the places I looked at. The laundry area is relatively clean. The super is great and responsive.
Cons:
They blasted the heat in the winter to the point where I often could not sleep and they didn't do anything about it when I asked. The appliances and the general quality of the apt should be better for what they are charging. People double park on the street and you end up with ppl honking insistently for anywhere from 5-10 minutes usually a few times a week. Otherwise relatively quiet. The laundry area is pretty clean but the machines are pretty bad and need replacement.
