Great Building in Middle of Prospect Heights
Former Tenant
Pros:
Incredible location, good sized rooms, lots of sun. Great neighbors
Cons:
Wound up having to do most of my own pest control

The building needs repairs especially in older units
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rent is cheaper in comparison to others in the neighborhood. Apartments are also spacious. Laundry room.
Cons:
Older units need many repairs, pests are everywhere: roaches and mice. Dryers in laundry room have been out of order for going on 2 months. Some tenants are lazy and will leave their trash in the hallways for custodial team to bring downstairs. It’s unsightly and disrespectful to the custodians and other tenants.
Advice to owner:
Work to fix every unit, not only the newly renovated ones. Make notice of recyclables above trash bins. Post notice to not leave trash in hallways.
