Owner broke lease after fly infestation
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to public transit, entertainment and neighborhood vibe.
Cons:
My unit had a pest infestation when Covid first broke out. Roommates and I were spending all of our time at home while flies took over the kitchen and bathrooms. This went on for months. The property was managed by a co-living company called Bungalow. We were able to get a discount on rent for the trouble. We were told with less than 30 days notice that they were ending our lease shortly after the infestation was finally resolved.

Back with another building review
Former Tenant
Pros:
The balcony and rooftop are accessible and nice. The AC works great. Owners are easy to contact and quick to fix anything.
Cons:
One washer dryer for all to share. J train can be a tad noisy but not terrible.
