Review of Avery Apartment building

Pros:
Coffee and tea service, gym, theatre, in unit w/d, package reception
Cons:
Individual apartments have some construction issues and thinner than usual walls.

Pros:
Great building. Nice hallways. Nice layout. Nice shuttle service. Great service from staff
Cons:
Landlord was a liar. Paid a lot of money to move into a condo building, landlord said he was looking for a long term renter. I paid my rent early every month. Helped him save money on repairs. I was very clean and responsible. He then told me he was moving back from Russia and needed apt back after a year. He then tried to charge me for things not my responsibility after I moved out. He is a crook.
Advice to owner:
Steer clear of this landlord.
