Not so good
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to subway.
Cons:
Leaks, appliance issues, mold, hear everything with neighbors/outside, maintenance never fixes issues (been 6 mo), very small couldn’t have more than 2 people in apartment at a time, no elevator, to expensive for quality.

It is Fine
Former Tenant
Pros:
Affordable, couldn’t be closer to the F train or the liquor store, safe neighborhood and people keep to themselves.
Cons:
Sometime we don’t have hot water for like 6-12 hours at a time, we had a mouse once, and the F train across the street doesn’t run on weekends.
