Mold and heat issues

Lots of black mold in basement. Neighbors had no heat for months in the winter

Overpriced hell hole

Pros:
Convenient location, laundry in basement (though machines smell & look like they have never been cleaned)
Cons:
Way too expensive. Landlords are MIA when there’s an issue they don’t want to deal with (anything they can’t just send a contractor to fix). Fixtures and appliances broken or falling apart. Hallways and common spaces are filthy and smell like the shared bathroom on the second floor.
Advice to owner:
Sell the building to someone who will care about the tenants’ quality of life.
