Good, rent stabilized, friendly neighbors

Pros:
-Pet friendly -Close to G train and B38/other buses -Rent stabilized -Responsive bldg manager -Low amount of bug pests
Cons:
-The heat is all the way up to the max and unable to be controlled by unit, so I have to have my AC in year-round. -Super is slow to respond to issues -Could use more updated appliances -Increase in mice in the last year, including scratching noises coming from inside the walls. -Package theft

Very well renovated appartment They renovate every apartment after each tenant with new fridge and new stove… Close to everywhere Good super
Cons:
Dog piss Smelly building 24/7/365 If you want to smell piss the whole year long, this is the place to be Laundry didnt work since the day i moved in nov 2021
