Horrible experience - do not live here
Former Tenant
Pros:
It's spacious and the appliances work. Pet friendly
Cons:
We've been living with mice for MONTHS because they didn't take out the trash for 6 weeks in the winter. Super came by and told us "it's New York, you're gonna have mice." Management company is extremely unresponsive, they lied about the net rent amount, we went without hot water and heat for weeks on end.
Advice to owner:
Stop treating your tenants like garbage and charging these outrageous prices

Do not move here!!!!!!
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartment looked nice when we viewed it.
Cons:
They lied in the listing about the price We went without hot water for over a month until the city intervened They won't turn the heat on in the winter - we're trying to get the city to intervene We do not have a building super intendant and the building lied about it The autopay portal failed causing several tenants to miss rent - then they wanted to charge us all late fees They do not respond to maintenance tickets or phone calls
Advice to owner:
Live up to your contractual and legal obligations. If I miss rent I'm a criminal but you don't have to provide heat in the winter?
