Nice building near subway
Former Tenant
Pros:
Small building, responsive super
Cons:
Building to the right is ridiculously loud.

Stay away from this condo if you want peace and quiet
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building itself is pretty nice, clean, new, and have all the luxury amenities (in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, and air conditioner)
Cons:
Stay far far away from this building and area. The kids from next building bring out a large speaker to the street and play extremely loud music almost daily. The windows in this unit do not block out any sound from outside, so you can hear every conversation happening on the street, imagine loud music at 4AM. They crank up their bass and shakes the entire building and your head so earplugs won’t help. Plus there are violent crimes in the area frequently. This building is a condo, so it might be different depending on the owner, but the owner’s representative for my unit is unresponsive to my needs, rude, contentious, unprofessional, demanding, and has pretty much every negative trait a landlord can have. I think they own multiple units in the building so it’s safe to just stay away from this building.
Advice to owner:
If you have to keep your tenants happy and not have to invest in money and time finding a new tenant every year, you would have to change your entire way of doing business.
