Pros:
There are no pros about this building other than leaving it.
Cons:
Trash management, the management company, unresponsive intercom, scalding hot water, broken window, mold, no security for tenants, noise level, inconsistent heat,
Advice to owner:
Learn how to actually take care of a building.

Unresponsive and frustrating landlords

Pros:
Nice neighbors..that's about it.
Cons:
There were a series of thefts in the building. The landlord did nothing to follow up. Didn't change locks, or even change the code to the keypad. Just did not care.
Advice to owner:
Please give your tenants basic care and respect.
