Beautiful properties but not well-managed

Pros:
I loved living in the one-bedroom in this building. It was beautiful and quiet, have many warm memories of this place.
Cons:
The management was difficult to reach and the supers did not keep their appointments.

Thin walls, unresponsive management, building is not maintained and common areas are rarely cleaned. Major rodent and pest issues due to restaurant below.
