Slumlord. All buildings are hazardous living conditions.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Your able to rent a unit pretty quickly.
Cons:
The heating system needs constant repairs. To the point maintenance will shut the heat off in your unit.
To stop the leaking in other units.
Constant mold throughout the building and apartments.
Nothing is ever really fixed.
Multiple work orders are put in with the management office. Rarely to be addressed.
 The building stays dirty.
As there is lack of maintenance workers. Emergency complaint line is a waste of time.
No address ANY issues when needed.
Walls and floors are thin.
Can hear Constant noise from other units.
Roaches, mice, water bugs, centipedes.
Mold in bathrooms. That is painted over, not removed.
Management team is very rude and or unresponsive.
This list can go on for days. I will stop here. Do not rent from this development.
Advice to owner:
Nothing work and nothing gets fixed.
Needs better people skills within management.
Arrears letters should be private and not stuff in the door for everyone to see. Mail them out.

Building can do better
Former Tenant
Pros:
The living space is big
Cons:
Not making sure to check the apartments for mice holes before renting it to a tenant... Instead of moving in and have 6 mice running through
Advice to owner:
Be on top of things
