Pros:
Helpful during covid, but had to threaten to withhold rent in order to fix anything
Cons:
Rooftop access was removed and locked.
Landlord not responsive.
Building not legal for 3 apartments so wasn’t able to have gas hooked up.
Rats not controlled
Advice to owner:
Bring the building up to code!

Cons:
You can hear rats running in the ceiling and inside the drywalls.
Advice to owner:
Sell the place and let someone who’s legit to run it
