963 LEXINGTON = THE WORST
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is great.
Cons:
Literally no heat in the dead of winter. Brown water. Garbage and dust in the hallway. Homeless man lives on the front stoop, drunk and inappropriate. Management is the absolute worst. They couldn’t care less.
