this place is okay
Former Tenant
Pros:
living room is spacious! washer and dryer in building nice and big bedrooms and massive closets
Cons:
the heating is absurdly too high. in the winter I have to sleep with my bedroom door open or I wake up sweating. heating is also tried to your electric bill so it's always high since the in-unit control doesn't work there is water damage throughout the building. at one point, there was water in my bathroom walls and when I called the building managers, I was told "what do you want me to do about it?" so they could be more helpful packages get stolen and the advice we get is "don't open the door for strangers" when we have no way of knowing if it's Amazon or not the park has a music festival in the summer that happens every Wednesday but the Porta potties are left out all summer long until the event is over
