Stay away from this building if you are not a smoker

Pros:
clean building, good heat
Cons:
heavily smoking environment, people seems to smoke inside their apartments and my apartment smells smoke
Advice to owner:
Should be explicitly written in the tenant lease that smoking is not permitted inside the apartmentsng

Loud upstairs neighbors

Pros:
It's a clean, pest free building where most neighbors are nice.
Cons:
The second floor couple is fighting and arguing 24/7, the entire building can hear them and has complained, nothing has been done about it. Also, pets aren't allowed in the building.
Advice to owner:
Allow pets and evict the disruptive neighbors (they're the reason I'm moving out)
