Meh it was alright at first then it went downhill
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to subway, decent size for nyc and price
Cons:
Too many flies, loud buzzer, bed bugs in some apartments

Stay away at all costs.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super is kind. Next to plenty of fresh fruit stores.
Cons:
Horrible management who won’t fix anything. My ceiling has been leaking for months and the landlord won’t fix. Neighbors upstairs are terrible. You will have no peace. Stay away.
This apartment is on the market yearly because no one in their right mind can stay longer
Advice to owner:
Whew.
Actually fix things. Care about the people who live in your buildings!
