Stay for the “low” rent and great location, don’t expect much else.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is great. Few blocks from the N and R, or from the 7 on either direction. Corner, lots of food and light (unless your place faces the back in which case you won’t get much.
Cons:
Feels, looks and smells old and poorly cared for.
Advice to owner:
Get another super or have two not one. Install a brand new elevator instead of repairing the ancient one every other month. It’s a great location but the worst building of the block by far.
