Spacious apartment just off of Broadway!
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super is very nice, and all of the people living in the building are very friendly! It only takes about 3 minutes to walk to the 1 train. The kitchen in my apartment is huge for NYC, so if you like to cook this place is great!
Cons:
There is group of men who live in the building that run a thriving “business” (I think it’s just weed?) on the corner right next to the building. They don’t usually bother me but as a young woman I definitely have to keep my guard up as I’m leaving or coming home. Sort of a mix between pros and cons: the water pressure is too strong - it hurts in the shower if I have the water turned all the way on, and the heat is too much in the winter - we have to keep all the windows open for all those months. Not all the bedrooms have closets.
Advice to owner:
Turn down the water pressure and heat please!
