Review for apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighbors and neighborhood is nice if you like the nyc loud vibe. If not, you’ll hate it. There’s a hospital near by and ambulances all the time. I’m used to it since I come from a big city.
Cons:
Pests are an issue
Advice to owner:
Frequent pest control

Ok but not worth the rising rent
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighbors were friendly and the block is remarkably quiet even though it's right off Broadway. Pet friendly building.
Cons:
Elevator is down for maintenance frequently. Common areas are pretty dirty. The building has a cockroach problem. My apartment had old steam radiators that were incredibly loud and needed service. The steam created frost buildup on the inside of our windows because the windows were so drafty in the winter.
Advice to owner:
Better maintenance is needed
