Great first apartment memories
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lots of character with the brick walls, low rent at the time
Cons:
Very small apartment, some mice on the ground floor
Advice to owner:
At the time I feel like maintenance was minimum. I would suggest upping the maintenance, but like I said things could’ve changed since I was there nine years ago.

The worst place I've lived at in NYC
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, location, location
Cons:
Noise, no sound insulation between apartments at all, permanent construction noise, very young residents, careless landlord, electricity is double the usual cost due to bad insulation. You will hear all your neighbors at all times, hear them talk, fart, walk and if they drop something out will sound like car crash.
