Building Gets Worse Year After Year
Former Tenant
Pros:
The rent is cheap and you get a lot of space in the unit. Close access to the 4 train
Cons:
THE RATS are out of control
Building needs serious updating
Random homeless people sleeping in the lobby
Advice to owner:
Find new management.

Everything of it
Advice to owner:
People are paying high rent so you better start taking care of the freaking building.
