Pros:
They deal with trash well, keep it clean, good with pest control
Cons:
Take a while to respond if you need help with something, upstairs neighbors are loud lol

Nice, well maintained building.

Elevator.
Very, very responsive management team.
Cons:
Thin walls. Can be a little bothersome if you are sensitive to noise.
