Well-managed, great location, quick responses from landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Amazing location close to lots of things, landlord/management responds very quickly to maintenance requests and other communications, bi-weekly pest control visits (if you like), friendly super easy to contact, in-unit laundry and dishwasher, no package theft that we have ever experienced, door buzzer/locked lobby door, spacious and well-lit bedrooms
Cons:
Noisy area, noisy neighbors (for now at least), very shafted living room windows (not really any natural light in common spaces)

Decent but not worth the price
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lots of space and never worried about losing packages or having the super be unresponsive.
Cons:
Flooding was an issue during Ida, was worried about mold and landlord stated it wasn't an issue. Threatened to charge tenants for it if the test was negative. Later went back on that and paid for mold test. It worked out in the end. Pricing is a bit high for what you get in my opinion.
Was told after signing the lease that basement needed to be certified, and I would need to move into another unit until then. City never certified basement and I had to move twice.
Advice to owner:
Figure out how to prevent flooding since it wasn't the first time and charge less for the property.
