Management/maintenance seem spread too thin, decent units for $
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rennovated units with W/D, generally quiet lately, but a little construction on 83rd St.
Cons:
The management can be slow to respond. They have an email but don't use it. You have to text or call, and they don't always follow up.
The common spaces aren't very clean. I've never seen it vacuumed for example. Entrance sometimes has bugs or trash that people just chuck. Super does not live onsite. Comes to handle trash/recycling but otherwise is MIA.
Hall can be a little noisy.
Advice to owner:
Take care of the building, be more open with tenants, hire more staff because it seems like there's just a few people across many buildings

Kinda gross but nice units
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice finishes. W/D in my unit. Nice area.
Cons:
Roaches just sit dead on the first floor. I have to pick them up sometimes. They also just paint over things and don’t do a good job.
Advice to owner:
Respond to people and don’t cut corners on maintenance.
