Pros:
Was better before Genesis TPT Harlem took over the building. Holco properties should have fought harder to keep this building
Cons:
Dirty building
Mold
No water pressure
No gas for cooking since June 2021
Rats in the building and outside
Garbage piled up outside strewn everywhere
Roaches
No maintenance for exterminator
Advice to owner:
You should be ashamed.
