Serious Roach Infestation, Unresponsive landlord

Pros:
Elevator, friendly super, affordable
Cons:
Constant fear of roaches entering the apartment. Roaches in the basement and public areas Out of 20+ calls I’ve made to the management office, one has been answered Only the first floor is kept clean Miserable downstairs neighbor constantly banging on ceiling Regular package theft
Advice to owner:
Answer your phone and hire an exterminator

Quiet building close to transportation

Pros:
Quiet neighborhood, transportation nearby , bus train and LIRR
Cons:
No video intercom Pest ( roaches are everywhere need to stay on top of it ) no mobile pay app ( to pay the rent ) have to mail it out
