Scammy Rude Landlords
Former Tenant
Pros:
The space itself is lovely with a nice backyard and updated appliances.
Cons:
However, the bedrooms are small, and include an ILLEGAL fourth bedroom with no window. They way overcharge, and raised the rent at the height of the pandemic in 2020.
Advice to owner:
Get some morals.

A good desl
Former Tenant
Pros:
Management responded in a very timely manner every time we had an issue, the unit is a good space for the price we paid, we never had a problem with neighbors stealing packages
Cons:
Bugs started appearing about two months ago and didn’t stop, if your neighbors are college students don’t expect quiet, because the building is right next to multiple bars and restaurants if they have an event night, you will be hearing their music until the event is over, when we first moved into the building all the air vents had mold in it and we had to be the ones to clean it out
Advice to owner:
When the weather changes be aware of the bugs that adapt!
