Decent for a first apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Super mops all floors every morning
- Close to train (J, L), two nice sparks close by, grocery nearby, never felt unsafe
Cons:
- Can have very loud neighbors who don't care if they're blasting music up until 3 AM

- The street is prone to cars with loud bass all hours of the night

- Roach issue all summer, needed professional pest control to come in.

- Apartment dirty (very) when given to us

- Whenever you want something to be fixed, make sure you are firm because sometimes management can take a while to actually come in and fix something.
Advice to owner:
Help out your super and be more conscious of noise complaints...one of the main reasons I could not stay.

don’t live here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Near the train station. Bathroom was nice. Loved the coffee shop nearby.
Cons:
Roach infestation from the day we moved in. Apartment wasnt cleaned. Roommate had to hire a professional cleaner. Hole in floor and ceiling. Landlord was extremely unresponsive. Even forgot to notify us that we had to sign up for National Grid. Very harsh conversations that involved me being yelled at on the phone by landlord. My worst NYC living experience so far.
