Pretty okay Bushwick new build
Former Tenant
Pros:
The light in this apartment is awesome — the windows are huge! There's roof access and a backyard, but that's overgrown and no one really uses it.
Cons:
It is very difficult (if not impossible) to get any repairs done. As the case with a lot of new buildings in Bushwick, the apartment itself is pretty poorly constructed (corners and sides of walls don't touch) and there's already cracks all over.

not as good as it looks
Former Tenant
Pros:
has two bathrooms in every apartment, nice lighting, nice kitchen and living room
Cons:
slanted and cracked floors, paper thing walls, continuing faulty laundry machine, maintenance has constant issues with keeping the building clean. got broken into around october 2021 due to a broken window leading to the basement
Advice to owner:
get on top of cleaning the building
