Meh at best
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighborhood, most neighbors, appliances, windows and sunlight
Cons:
There are rats living in the walls, loudly enough to wake me up through the night. There's a roach infestation throughout the building--baby roaches in every unit. I found a dead mouse in the hall. My bedroom ceiling has leaked to the point of appearing like rain four separate times. The owner and super have done nothing about any of this, and aren't responsive. The super is completely unhelpful and not particularly nice.

Good apartment in a noisy neighborhood
Former Tenant
Pros:
Size apartment is bigger than average. Wing apartment gave us more privacy. High Ceiling. Bathroom is also big. Super is always around. Good closets size.
Cons:
Apartment doesn’t have a house closet, the building is just in front of the fire station and summer good luck with open windows. You can hear the rats waking in the ceiling and they are always around the trash cans (it’s outside the building). Heater is turned off few times during the day
Advice to owner:
Super has to care of Maintenence of the building as the mail box doesn’t lock and sometimes the outside door doesn’t work either. When it comes to apartment he stalls and doesn’t fix the problem as we had an issue with a leaking in the bathroom and sink. We had to fix the bathroom on our own and sink still leaks.
